Return Policy

Our return for refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.


Please be sure to get a return receipt before sending an item back for an exchange or refund by submitting a request to support@atozjewelers.com. In the email please provide your order number.

Once we send the return receipt you must follow these three steps:
1. Ship back the item(s) in the same condition it was received in.
2. Ship back the exact item that you received.
3. Ship the return/exchange within two business days to the address provided in the email.
If these are not followed correctly your return/exchange will be rejected.

All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless they meet one of the six reason codes. You will receive a full refund if your return does meet one of the reason codes. You may submit a return for an exchange within 30 days only if it meets one of the reason codes below.

REASON CODES
A = Missing Parts
B = Not as Described
C = Defective Item
D = Shipping Error
E = Unauthorized Purchase
F = Received Wrong Item

Please note shipping charges are never refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds:
In order to receive a refund, we must first receive the item you wish to receive a refund for. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within one week to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week. It may take longer for the refund to appear in your account once a refund is issued.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@atozjewelers.com.

Shipping:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that will be provided to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the items meet one of the reason codes.
